Make-a-kit at home

A first aid outreach kit assembled by the Rasmuson team during a kit-making party.

Hosting a kit-making party is a fun and impactful way to gather friends and family while supporting neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Create outreach kits filled with essentials like hygiene products, snacks, and basic first aid supplies. You can provide all the supplies or ask guests to contribute items from a prepared list, sharing the responsibility equally. We created a guide to help you organize a successful and enjoyable kit-making event. Special thanks to our colleagues at Rasmuson Foundation, who assembled first aid kits for us over spring break!
