The Homelessness Street Medicine Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, health assessments, and ongoing support to individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. Working in a mobile health unit or in collaboration with outreach teams, this position will engage directly with individuals in public spaces, shelters, and encampments to address immediate medical needs and connect individuals to additional healthcare services and social resources.

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000

The Homelessness Street Medicine Outreach Coordinator will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
