Job Summary: The Executive Director of the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH) will lead and facilitate efforts to advance the objectives of the Coalition. The Executive Director will work closely with ACEH’s Board of Directors, Advisory Council, membership, team and partners to achieve ACEH’s mission to provide dynamic leadership to unite Anchorage in making homelessness rare, brief and one-time.
The position is responsible to create and maintain an environment that promotes trust, transparency, collaboration and partnership, advocacy, community development and resource development. The Executive Director actively leads and coordinates ACEH in its development, planning and implementation. The Executive Director also leads ACEH in policy partnership with local, state and federal governmental partners including policy makers, private sector and philanthropic partners and the private sector.
Research and Policy Coordinator
Job Summary: This role represents a unique opportunity to partner in working with both Alaskan homeless coalitions. While this position will be housed in the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH), the focus of work is statewide, and the selected candidate will also work directly with the Alaska Coalition on Housing and Homelessness (AKCH2). The Research and Policy Coordinator is responsible for producing a statewide communication plan and advocacy materials regarding homelessness and rental assistance. Please note, this is a time limited 11-month position ending no later than July 31, 2022.

Job Summary: As a key member of the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH) team, Transition Coordinators (TCs) are responsible for the implementation of Coordinated Entry. TCs collaborate with providers to identify and refer potential clients to programs and outreach clients who have a program referral. A strong candidate will have the ability to collaborate with providers at various levels and have experience working with homeless client populations, including clients with severe mental illness and a history of substance misuse.
Administrative & Finance Specialist
Job Summary: The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH) is hiring for an Administrative and Finance Specialist. The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness is looking for a highly organized, hardworking, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work closely with, and report directly to, the Director of Finance and Administration to ensure operational and organizational efficiency. The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for overseeing, directing, and/or executing activities in key infrastructure components. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Director in the following areas: administration, finance, IT, compliance, and human resources.
