At weekly events, outreach teams provide Coordinated Entry assessments and information regarding available services. SALA Medics are on location to provide First Aid for clients as needed. Snacks, coffee, and other items are to be distributed to unsheltered individuals.

When possible, the assessment provides the ability for households to gain access to the best options to address their needs, incorporating participants’ choice, rather than being evaluated for a single program within the system.
