Housing First is a proven approach, applicable across all elements of systems for ending homelessness, in which people experiencing homelessness are connected to permanent housing swiftly and with few to no treatment preconditions, behavioral contingencies, or other barriers.
This program was initiated to meet the need of the over 300 unsheltered individuals and families in the Anchorage area.
Thank you to Alaska CF and community members for making this program possible.
The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations that are pursuing solutions to family homelessness in the Municipality of Anchorage.
