Unlock the path from homelessness to housing at the first Coordinated Entry Conference!

Join us for this groundbreaking event online or in person at The Nave on Feb. 28 and Feb. 29.

Teams from community Access Points, shelters and housing referral agencies will converge to explore the crucial role of Coordinated Entry, sharing insights and best practices. Don't just attend, actively participate and network! This is your opportunity to ensure housing success for our neighbors most in need.

Bonus opportunity! Join on March 1 for a virtual training on Motivational Interviewing.

This conference is tailored for staff who currently or intend to serve as Coordinated Entry Access Points and as program leads for housing referrals.

Housing Referral Breakout Session 1 – The referral process: How clients get in the housing queue.

Access Point Breakout Session 2 – Storytelling via data: Interim updates, current living situation and 90-day deactivation.
